Leela + Kodroth find a temple village to Sojourn but get arrested and thrown in the gaol . The Temple Prophet has info on Leela's husband Nadira and will release her if she enters a ruin and retreives a potion of youth for him.

Leela + Kodroth enter the ruin and find a statue of a naked woman with a large snake curled around her leg and an engraving on the floor . Seems to be a place of worship . The engraving says " God of Lilitu shall be served . The rivers will flow."

She enters a corridor with rooms either side . Each room consists of 2 - 3 lavish coffins .

At the end of the corridor is another room which looks like a living quarters . There are a few armchairs , a rug , bookshelf and a fire basin in the middle . The fire basin lights up blue flames if she approaches and distinguishes as she backs away . She checks out the book case and triggers a secret doorway . Leela heads down .

The passage opens out to a huge cavern . There is a rope bridge which crosses an expanse . Below a red river and carved into the cavern wall ahead a towering carving of the naked woman with a snake wrapped around her leg.

Focus - prisoner , threshold
Leela crosses the rope bridge , and hears a woman calling for help . She investigates and finds a traveller that somehow found her way into the delve looking for a place to live . Yula is injured and stuck under some falling rock . Leela moves the fallen rock and Yula decides to tag along .

Focus - Habitation , opening , grave
Theme - consecrated ground
Oracle - Is there a toxic , poisonous creature here ? 50/50 - NO
The next area was a huge cave with a large opening above where the suns rays were able to partially light the area . The ground was covered in bright green moss , it was damp and the walls too wet to climb . There were gravestones scattered around . 2 Bonewalkers appeared , battle commenced .

The 2nd Bonewalker was a Mystic in it's previous life and cast a ritual of waterfall . The cavern wall began to break , water rushed in and the cavern filled very quickly until they were fighting and trying to stay afloat at the same time .
Clash - Miss - Pay the price - Seperated
Oracle - Does Yula survive ? 50/50 - NO
Yula got washed away in the rapids and perished smashing into some rocks and drowning in a small blocked passage unable to escape the force of the water . Leela and kodroth kill the Bonewalkers and eventually the tide seeped away and the cavern returned to normal .

The following room they find a church like cavern of worship . On the alter is the Potion . An Estrie appears . (An Estrie is a female cultist that has some vampiric qualities . They look very Human and worship Lilitu the God of flowing rivers . They die by decapitation only , but suffer injuries and will appear dead and lifeless if wounded . They raise again once their injuries heal , which may take a week depending how bad the injuries are .)
Leela + Kodroth battle the Estrie , knocking over the Alter and potion to the floor . The vial cracks but luckily stays in tact . The Estrie is taken down and assumed dead(Not dead though!)
Leela and Kodroth escape the delve , meanwhile the injured Estrie swears to hunt down Leela and Kodroth to enact revenge .

Just added the oracles , aspects and focus to the relevant places .
ReplyDeleteThis Delve was a really huge sprawling dungeon that I had to condense down because it was just too big to post . By the time I escaped I was down to 0 supply , 0 spirit , 3 Health and Hound was at 3 Health. Fun times.
