Greetings from Indonesia!

Greetings from Indonesia! i really hooked up with Ironsworn, a rules light and fascinating system that combine Pbta and Mythic, and the most interesting part is the flexibility, i can craft my own ironland version! Now i still learn the whole book and try to do a solo session, and soon i'll invite my wife to join co-op play. The world must know this great game. I mean really, i can't believe i can even get it for free. You're awesome Shawn Tomkin 😀

  1. Yes, im tired of trying to fuse the world created by author, there's a lot of things to learn, but still it doesn't represent what i wanted. I have to memorize all one by one so I don't have much time to play. But Ironsworn, its like you find the lost gems!

  2. Just wondering for stat progression, Is XP just to buy new assets and leveling it?? Can i add it for + stat, or it will make an unbalance? Shawn Tomkin

  3. Hi, Deris Khariza! Welcome and thank you for the kind words.

To answer your question, by default there is no stat progression, though there are a couple of assets that do improve your stats at some cost (such as Battle Scarred).

If you'd like to have stat progression, you can use this optional mechanic:

Raise a stat +1 every 7 earned experience points, with no stat exceeding +4, and limited to no more than 5 stat boosts (it stops at 35 XP, in other words).

I'd suggest trying it without, however. It won't unbalance the game, but it does mitigate the value of assets a bit.
